An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Customer Experience Advisor to join our expanding team. Based at our vibrant Head Office in Harrogate you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional service and experience for our much-loved customers.
The successful candidate will be a proactive and driven individual who will make sure we exceed the company’s customer expectations delivering high levels of service at all times through incoming and outgoing telephone calls, online chat, & email communications. We empower team members to solve problems to deliver the best possible customer experience.
A team player with a dynamic approach, you’ll work across departments to support the growth of our engaging Business to Business (B2B) programme, which could see you work with large multinational companies across the world with potential for out of office B2B meetings to ensure optimum customer service and long term loyal client relationships.
